In conjunction with his two previous books, Reflections on Freedom of Speech and the First Amendment and Reflections on Constitutional Law, this volume invites readers to contemplate various legal cases and how they can be usefully reconsidered, while also emphasizing the importance of the Constitution in developing concepts of right and wrong.George Anastaplo, professor of law at Loyola University Chicago, is the author of numerous books, including On Trial: From Adam & Eve to O.J.
